All the changes to online medical systems are designed for seniors to fail. Automating appointments online is what will kill my parents. They simply give up.

I sometimes wonder if just finding a tiny home somewhere in a blue state where I live with my animals, books, tv shows, and crafts is the thing to do. Then I only clean up after ME. 😑

Sometimes we hold on to every item to everyone we want to remember. I am learning to let go and let those memories soar into the universe instead of keeping the material items.
Some are like saying goodbye all over again.

- leave cult asap
- when you become an adult stay out of their mistakes
- keep phone off and make family contact partner for emergency
- RX for anxiety a must have
- Live your own life

Tonight I accept that my parents make decisions that are contrary to my beliefs & my knowledge of science. I am learning to accept their choices. Religion 1st for them. I cannot & will not parent adults anymore. Any adult. I have given them tools they refuse to use.

When a new patient appt for a neurologist is 6 mo away…
My old one relocated.
I am in a weird middle area with TBIs - have to monitor ‘all the things’ to catch when/if something progresses.
New Drs generally mean start over tho. They nvr believe tests they see in chart b/c they didnt order them 🙄

Alrighty! Time to shower! Day 4 of ‘what the hell is happening?’ is in full swing. Tested negative for strep and 21 viruses. However, my body reacted violently from something after the rhizotomy. At least I can swallow again and my vocal folds are back to 85%. A Wtf kind of week for sure.
