my most anticipated game of 2026 is indeed Slain 2, a metal af indie. The original Slain is still one of my favorite experiences I've had on the Switch. I am going to absolutely mess this game up when it comes out.

I'm definitely going to make a 2025 top 10 games played in 2025 video, but I know not everyone watches my stuff (which is fine) so I figured I'd share my list. This was so hard to make but I feel good about it. If you look at this listing AND you still watch my video later on, you're a real one. 💜

I also really want to revisit Romancing SaGa 2, and get in the right mindset for Expedition 33. Slain 2 should release next year, which is currently my most anticipated 2026 title.

This year, I must've started like 8 Castlevanias. I told myself, "I've GOT to beat at least ONE of these." I decided to go with what was most immediately fun for me -- Aria of Sorrow. Well, I beat it tonight, got the true ending!... And I think this is one of those rare perfect games. 🦇 Impeccable.

There are certain games that I think look REALLY good with bloom crt filters. I think it complements the Castlevania games especially, because of how it highlights moonlight and torchlight so well against the darker castle walls.
