This is apparently grey belt, not a building on it but it doesn’t have the highest grade soil so downgraded to grey belt, also selected as a local nature recovery area but that’s not enforceable apparently 🤷♂️

Yep, massive over reaction for weeks before, I have an EV and for years have said they will have to bring some form of mileage tax as they are losing millions at the pumps, I imagine the next stage will be additional tax on fuel to make the transition quicker.

I met a lady from Switzerland who said they integrate refugees through mandatory language courses, subsidised work and probation, community involvement with active help for clothes and home furnishings by their new community. This apparently assists them feeling they are contributing and welcome 🤷♂️
