There's no greater tradition in Alberta than the government burying a major news drop late on a (sorta) holiday Friday afternoon.
There is a SFH near me - waiting for redevelopment or to be resold to a different developer (again). In the meantime, it has sat empty for almost two years.
Why couldn't we have that in Calgary's non-market housing stock? Older homes for families for whom that is exactly what they need.
