The Christmas food always tastes best a few days later. A Swedish Christmas table is very meaty and fishy, but it has never tasted better than after I became vegan. I guess a clear conscience is a spice my taste buds react to very strongly.

The food tasted amazing, and the staff was super friendly. If you don’t want to take my word for it, check out #HappyCow for more great reviews. A huge plus is that it’s a paw-friendly place—Diego loved the endless vegan treats and all the attention from the waitress every time she passed our table💚

If ever in Gothenburg Sweden I highly recommend a visit to #Blackbird, an all vegan resturant. The food on the pics maybe isnt super pleasing to the eye but that is because they served a Christmas buffe and my lack of aesthetics combined with no sence of pacing myself, this was the best i could do.
