Yeah the Kane signing was done because the only free agents available are guys no one wants, or guys that don't want to be here. I assume Marchment didn't want to sign here.

Not complimenting Kane of course but he is much more involved in the play than Debrusk. If Kane could stop taking dumb penalties he may actually be good. Good enough to actually get us something at the deadline.

We needed a tough player. Suter's 4.125 million was better served on a player like Kane. But Kane's dumb penalties are terrible and he hasn't been playing tough. He has been hitting more on this road trip. The penalties have to stop.

Nah. All scripted. So far I am 3 for 3 on the results of this trip. Picked win over Ducks, loss to Sharks, and OT loss to LA. I went out on a limb and predicted win over Avs. Figured that's what this team will do.

How bad has the Myers Hughes pairing been this year? Quinn is minus 4 while Hronek is plus 6. Marcus is plus 4 while Myers is minus 9. Myers and Dpetey have been on for lots of goals against. Myers should only play with Marcus.

The good news is it is on the road against a team that should beat us. We win those games. We lose to teams like the Sharks, and Calgary at home.

Should just give the Avs the Cup. They basically have 2 number 1 goalies right now and all that offense. Unless Makar or MacKinnon get hurt I don't see anyone beating them.

Not sure if it's good or not but everything in your summary was exactly my thinking, including JT Miller, and especially the reffing. The penalties not called on both teams were as bad the the calls that were made. Totally ruined what could have been a game as good as the Ducks game.
