For the AfD, there are opposing trends by age group: in middle and older age groups, the genders are converging—presumably an element of the party's general social normalization (despite its radicalization in terms of content).

However, among the youngest voters, the differences are growing.

Among the youngest group, aged under 25, the gender gap was already large in 2021 – and even larger in 2025.

The Green-FDP (pro business) gap has mostly turned into a The Left-AfD (radical right) gap.
