It just feels weird for me, who was a Prequel era kid (back when people hated those and considered those the worst things ever), and was about to graduate high school when Episode 7 came out. I'm an adult who likes the Sequels, and I feel like an outlier with my generation.

TROS is definitely flawed, but it doesn’t get nearly enough credit. Too many people are galvanizing TLJ for what they wanted it to be rather than looking at it as is, and how TROS follows up on that.

Try being a fan of the entire Skywalker Saga, warts and all. I’m simultaneously both numb and agitated whenever this series is mentioned in passing.

Jar-Jar ain’t shit compared to The Twins. At least there’s more to Episode 1 that I like compared to Revenge of the Fallen (a bad movie I don’t even hate).

I see people complain about Reed’s powers being so basic, and yeah, I would’ve liked to see him transform into ridiculous shit too. Here’s hoping Doomsday/Secret Wars and the F4 sequels explore that.
