What it will NOT mean is that suddenly the Roberts Court will have moderated. It is not moderating. It’s pursuing its own antidemocratic agenda to perpetuate Republican power well beyond his own time in office, and sides with Trump when his own empowerment and the issues he creates serve that agenda

Would add La Fromagerie in Old Town. It’s great for a sans kids day night - 18+ establishment that can do either full meal or light wine and nibbles.

Also routinely enjoy Thompsons Italian.

Kiddos would also add Andy’s Pizza to the list.

If his “real” reason for a challenge to @beyer.house.gov is: “Nobody in [the Republican] party is doing enough to keep our sacred [National Park] places from being sold off or closed down,” he would challenge a Republican house seat causing this problem. What an insincere, obtuse platform pitch.…

The partisan divide has grown, too. The wealthiest 100 tended to give more to Republicans than to Democrats before last year. But giving to the GOP spiked in 2024, with *84%* of donations going to back Republicans or conservative PACs.

RCA promoted yesterday’s meeting as involving a mere “discussion” on the city’s Braddock Road plans. Yet, it seems a small subset of members used this forum to VOTE for a petition that falsely suggests RCA’s 1800+ citizens are opposed to the city’s Braddock bike lane improvement plans. Disappointed…
