You're playing loose with the word "help". Again, making noise even screaming at the top of your lungs "ICE" "ICE" "ICE" is not illegal. That is as far as the 1st Amendment will protect. However, if you physically obstruct, or physically hide people or drive them away in your car, this is illegal.

As long as you don't physically interfere with ICE (i.e. get in their way, grab them, throw things at them, damage their vehicles) it is not against the law to make noise to alert others of their presence. We can't let them make us afraid. They are in the wrong.
