George with Team Pete
@hoyageorge.bsky.social
OG Barnstormer for Pete; San Diego for Pete Steering Committee; '82 Georgetown Hoya. Padres, Eagles, Chargers, Wrexham AFC, SDFC, Flyers, Sixers, City. South Jersey Shore born & raised (Ventnor). Pickleball player, softball player/coach. #TeamPete #ROTR 🏳️‍🌈
Every single one of these people listed would be exponentially better than anyone the GOP would consider putting forward in '28. I'll be happy to work tirelessly for whomever the Dems nominate in '28.

Who's the "they" you reference here?

Every person who doesn't share your exact take on a controversial issue isn't a bigot. Spend some time engaging with progressive foljs outside your bubble about this specific issue & you may be surprised at the variety of responses you get. Your one-size-fits-all stance isn't universally supported.

You know nothing, Jon Snow.

Pete isn't transphobic. Hard stop.

Stop trying to divide our community and cancel trans allies ... it's total bullshit.
November 29, 2025 at 5:46 AM
Perhaps your trans friends aren't familiar with his history on their issues, what he actually said, and what other progressive trans allies feel about the very issue under scrutiny.
November 29, 2025 at 1:10 AM
He didn't throw trans people under the bus. In fact, he said pretty much the same thing many of my fellow progressive LGBTQ trans allies have said about the sporting competition issue: the various leagues and local agencies should decide, not the federal government. It's NOT a one-size-fits-all issue

He's one of the most popular national figures in the country based on the recent Atlas Intel favorability poll.

He's neither transphobic nor anti-worker. I won't even dignify the genocide nonsense with a response.
November 28, 2025 at 12:44 AM
He's 43 now. But I second the thought.
November 28, 2025 at 12:40 AM
I'm sure he's crushed.
November 27, 2025 at 11:51 PM
I don't know you, either. Are you really using your limited time to post negative things about someone you clearly know little about? Go smoke grass, it might chill you out, & maybe you won't feel the need to judge your relative during Thanksgiving for having a different political thought than you.

But "I thought we, as a culture, were done with that particular war profiteering McKinsey suit but apparently not" is?

Sorry, but when someone posts idiotic shit, it's totally legit to question their intelligence.
November 26, 2025 at 11:08 PM
Still parroting 2020 Bernie Bros talking points, I see. Do better. Get some new material.
November 26, 2025 at 7:54 PM
You aren't very bright, are you? If you think Pete Buttigieg is some sort of problem, you're not really paying close attention to what's going on in the world.

PS. Pete worked at McKinsey for three years in his mid to late 20s. His time there has very little to do with who he's been since then.

Truth.

The fact that you dismiss a group of voters as "libs" tells me you're not a person to be taken seriously.

Perhaps you don't know enough about who Pete really is and what he stands for. If you have the time, seek out his long-form interviews and podcasts. He's wicked smart, empathic, knows how to make complicated concepts understandable, & is a pragmatic progressive. He's a gay male we can be proud of.

This has been going on for decades. It's all just filler & noise during the run-up to every campaign, especially when there won't be an incumbent president running. None of it matters until voting starts. Add social media to the mix & the noise gets amplified by supporters of potential candidates.
November 20, 2025 at 6:08 PM
Thoughts and prayers, dear. If that's the worse thing that happens to you this week, I think you'll be ok.
November 20, 2025 at 7:13 AM
Here's how our nominating system works: Candidates campaign. People vote. A nominee is chosen. The nominee chooses their running mate.

Your posts, and those who agree or disagree with them, will have little to no impact on or influence over how the nominating process ultimately plays out.

Jon Ossoff, too.

It's not a preference, it's an orientation. For crying out loud, we're 40 years past the mid '80s.
