While I’m not huge on ending it on a gag, the dry humor characterizes their dynamic well.

So funny thing, originally the short was meant to end here, almost as cold opening type, but Kevin wanted the short to stretch out just a little, so we ended up putting one more short scene which would end on a joke. #art #comic #storyboard #indieanimation
