ugh i hate it when my energy is low; i have a very complicated relationship with rest, so i have to remind myself that rest is actually very productive and also kind of low key badass and anti capitalist

when i had really bad chronic pain, i used to use a split keyboard which was nice in that it let me type laying down and also arrange my hands in a way that felt more natural, which was a nice break for my shoulders
