Occam's Razor = the reporter stated correctly that the MRI was for his brain. He was cornered, so he lied.
Lie 1) "I have no idea what they analyzed"
>> Yes, he does.
Lie 2) "They analyzed it well"
>> Sure they analyzed it well, they're the president's doctors!
This doesn't mean his brain is OK.
