Trump signed EO today stating that only the Pres. & DOJ has the authority to say what the law is for federal independent agencies. FTC - protects consumers from unfair business practices, FCC -regulates media, SEC - enforces laws against market manipulation & the FEDERAL ELECTION COMMISSION!!

This was a horrible January. I’m finding some comfort in this message from John Lewis. He was great man. He had a huge impact here in Nashville. Hopefully someone else will also find comfort and inspiration in his words as we honor contributions of all African- Americans this month.

Dr. Martin Luther King’s dedication to social justice and racial equality was unwavering. His bravery in the face of adversity was truly inspiring. Let us remember the things Dr. King stood for as we honor his memory today.
