Hope you don't run into the issue I had. I'd film something, then a couple chapters later, some of my scenes would be missing, replaced with a white square in the edits. Memoirs would just stop playing. Didn't prevent me from completing them, but disappointing to not be able to watch what I shot.

I'm this way, but with Vision Video

Agreed. I watched The Vourdalak last night. As soon as Gorcha appeared, I was hooked. Great film!

I liked it. Despite some silly cgi, The Vanishing did have some fun body horror.

You like vampires? 'Slay' on Tubi is a really fun horror comedy about Drag Queens who get booked at the wrong bar and end up having to fight off vampires.

I'm with you on this. I'm not too fond of seeing a term I've embraced for most of my life being used as an insult for people I despise. I just can't get behind describing bigots, racists, and homophobic assholes as 'being weird'.

The Conjuring

Seed of Chucky is probably ranked lower because people are likely grading it on a curve against the other Child's Play films. I think it's a good movie, but it's also like my second least favorite movie in the franchise.

I'm definitely in the minority, but Fallout 76 is my favorite. The story is weaker, but I like the world more, there's a great camp building system, and being able to play with friends is a blast.

Not as many as people who think the Brotherhood of Steel are good.

There's a bunch of asymmetrical horror games like Dead by Daylight (Freddy is in it) where players face off against each other as killers and survivors.

And David Dastmalchian. He makes everything better.

And they glorify abuse. The Conjuring franchise is particularly awful since the "heroes" of the films were total scumbags in real life.

Yes, it was. And it was earned. There was over a decade of establishing characters before the first two monsters clashed. Every bit involving Prodigium in The Mummy felt like an advertisement for 'The Dark Universe'. That's what I meant by forced.

I'm cool with little nods to previous movies (for example, Abigail being the daughter of Cage's Dracula would be cool.), but everything doesn't need to be part of a cinematic universe. At least not now. A big reason why I think Dark Universe didn't work is because they tried to force it too early.

Like a certain mid '90s Robert Rodriguez movie
