As a Starfield fan, I hear you. I feel like game discourse is like all the music cliques in secondary school. Silly and arbitrary. When it comes to games, I've hated a few great ones and loved some mediocre ones, so I think it's more like, somewhere there's the right game for the right person.

I'm not really a music guy so I don't know how good it is, but my partner moved us over to tidal as we were unhappy with several of Spotify's recent decisions. Pretty much all the artists I listened to on Spotify are there, but its discover functions are vastly inferior to Spotify.

I wholeheartedly agree with this sentiment, even though I absolutely go to pieces if I leave even the tiniest mark on a random magazine, let alone a sentimental tome 🤣

All joking aside, my other half used to live in a place like you describe. For the right person, it's absolutely worth it. I'd give a kidney for a wildlife garden and a bit of isolation!!
