I don't know who started it really. lol. I just know all the WHL teams do it and it is an annual competition to see who collects the most.

I figured so. The only time NHL allows objects tossed on the ice is hats for a hat trick. I think the home team can be assessed a delay of game penalty otherwise.

I don't think any NHL teams do it. They may have collection boxes for toys but having stuffies tossed on the ice would take way too long to clean up.

And this movie has a happier ending! The new unit is installed and working. After it finishes this test cycle I have a nice load of dirty dishes for it.
