私はオディロン・ルドンのモノクロ期作品ファンなので、収蔵数が異様に多い岐阜美によく遊びに行くのですが、文章もここまで達者な方とは知りませんでした。なぜ絵を描くのか、芸術が負う責任は何か、社会に蔓延る悪徳の根源はどこにあるのか、本当にずっと考えていて、それらを克明に文章化している。（画像は代表作のEye-Balloon/1878）
