It is very likely to be the classic case of launching a "minimum viable product" and then new/old features will be released. But the old app did the job fine, so why change it? I'd put money on it being Comms/marketing department initiative and/or current app contract ending.

Agreed. And am I looking in the wrong place or is it impossible to see the tickets in the app like you used to be able to?

So much is made of what is going on in the USA, and as terrible as that is, it is so tragic how forgotten the tend of millions of Afghan women are. An unthinkable hell.

I'd love to know if anyone has had a good experience of consultancies. Every five or six years they're brought into my org and we spend the next five or six years recovering from the damage inflicted. This latest round of consultancy may actually lead to the end of us.

If I was a business saving hundreds of millions by providing poor, non-compliant service levels, £10m as a fine is a big win and no incentive to improve matters.
