There are various reasons why they prefer not to email to share the feedback like… it can lead to miscommunication (everyone has a different understanding of the message in their own interpretation). But they also may not want to leave the feedback in public where it could bite them in the 🍑

Yeah, I’m with you on this. What is scary is that it does seem to be inevitable. Kinda similar to how older generations resisted technology bc of how it could deprive them of social interactions. But here we are, the technology is everywhere, including the work. To them, AI means saving money.

lol I remember when I was a kid thinking how do people know that either I’m Deaf or know ASL when they messaged “asl” til I realized that it means age/sex/location, not American Sign Language 🤣
