the yorknew city auction arc is probably my favorite arc of the series (chimera ant arc fucks HARD but I like that yorknew still has space for some silliness) and MAN I'm loving how the anime is handling it. It fills in the gaps the manga left open for new material in a REALLY good way.

also I gotta say whiplash of the somber music of the Phantom Troupe's attack on the auction that continues through the credits then suddenly stopping for Gon and Killua's Happy Hunterpedia Hour at the end of ep 51 is funny as hell. Up there with the ending of dungeon meshi ep 11.
