Albanese's approach to political change can be summed up by understanding of the history of Medicare. Whitlam introduces it, but because he doesn't last beyond three years, Fraser tears it down. Hawke comes in, reintroduces it and 13 years in govt allows them to consolidate it for long term.

Yeah I had about a dozen ahead of it, so upper quadrant or thereabouts. I suppose it's good enough that some people are bound to put it at the top, but I was shocked to see it from Brody.
