Then again, our school run hasn’t started yet so I’ve no idea how strictly these are followed. I guess I’m hoping/optimistic that we don’t see these blatant privacy infringements. I should double check the paper work I signed. 😅

Yeah I think the difference is that the default seems to be schools will never share imagery in public, exceptions (requiring agreement) seemed to be e.g. when a local news station shoots an item at school. The consent form is to OK imagery of child used *within* schools.

We just went enrolled our child in a school, and one of papers to sign was GDPR-related, i.e. their use of photography at school and explaining they need parental agreement when imagery of the child is used publicly. Was the same for daycare. Is this not a thing in the UK?

With respect, I am indeed questioning if they are facts if I don’t see any citations or references. It’s ChatGPT. It invents things by design. And yes I know London has lower homicide rates than each of those US cities, but that is not thanks to your graph. 🤷‍♂️

Dude, relax. I agree with your conclusion, but am allergic to unsubstantiated charts like the one you magicked up. Your hostile response to people pointing that out just undermines your argument.

Forgive me for being skeptical if "chatgpt said so" is your only argument. It seems your conclusion is right, but the data is shaky. Here's a table with numbers according to www.rit.edu/liberalarts/...

This looks interesting at first glance, but then I saw "chatgpt" and when I go looking I can't actually find these data. Do you have a trustworthy source for these numbers?

I may not be your intended audience, but this looks comfortable to me.
