I still don’t understand how she hasn’t been arrested for animal cruelty. The puppy was not hurt, she just decided it wasn’t good enough and killed it! Recently on OC woman was charged for throwing an injured and malnourished dog over a fence. Kristi Noem is a psychopath that belongs in prison!
