After watching yet another playthrough of Slay the Princess, I had to try and draw my ageless multiverse-spanning couple in the style of the game. It took upwards of 10 hours, but I wasn't keeping very close track.

This is the biggest animation project I've ever tried to tackle, and even through just this 2 minutes you can see massive improvements in storyboarding. So far I'd estimate I've put 30 hours in, but I haven't really been keeping track.
