The tide is changing buddy... That's why Trump won the popular and electoral vote. It's going to me make soooooo happy when JD Vance wins the 2028 election and pisses you off!!!
November 24, 2025 at 12:06 AM
Not sure WTF you are talking about but your cheese is starting to slide off your cracker!!!! Biden had dementia buddy!
November 23, 2025 at 11:57 PM
I live near NY but don't go to the city anymore unless I have too!
November 23, 2025 at 11:54 PM
The United States is the greatest country that ever existed!
November 23, 2025 at 11:52 PM
Mamdani might be charismatic, handsome is a stretch... Also, Trump is the Lord, God, King of the B.S. artists so I'm confident that he's just playing along to wait and see what happens! Yes, I said he's a BS artist, 99% of politicians are so....

In fact, I think America should establish a program that assists citizens who feel this country isn’t good enough, helping them relocate elsewhere. The only condition? You give up your U.S. citizenship in the process.

No one is forcing you to stay in the United States. If you believe Sweden or Norway offers a better life, then by all means, go.
November 23, 2025 at 9:21 PM
I respectfully disagree, I think I'm the only one making cogent arguments while everyone else's posts are illogical and emotionally driven.
November 23, 2025 at 6:14 PM
Either he was aware of his empty promises while campaigning or he is woefully uninformed about governmental procedures in New York... I'm not sure which is worse!?!?
November 23, 2025 at 5:55 PM
He can't do anything he campaigned on without the city council's approval as well as many of his promises needing the governor to sign off on and Kathy Hochul already said she won't so that's why he's now begging for money!
November 23, 2025 at 5:53 PM
If you mean Trump's meeting with Mamdani.... Are you familiar with the saying "keep your friends close, but keep your enemies closer"? Let's wait and see what this relationship is like going forward!
November 23, 2025 at 5:40 PM
Instead of snark, why not put out a cogent argument to support your position? Also, are you familiar with the political concept of the forgotten man?
November 23, 2025 at 5:37 PM
So, riddle me this buddy, if that's so then why is everybody trying to come to the United States? Also, daddio, which countries currently outperform the United States in both economic strength and healthcare quality?
November 23, 2025 at 5:33 PM
Rising expenses disproportionately burden middle and working class households, whereas the wealthiest 10% are largely able to absorb the additional costs... Now that's a factual statement!
November 23, 2025 at 5:17 PM
Your statement is 100% false! The top 1% pay about 40% of federal income tax, and the top 10% pay roughly 72% of federal income tax.
November 23, 2025 at 5:15 PM
That's my point! They have the resources because the loopholes are there and politicians will not reform them or get rid of them all together! So, this validates my point, as long as those loopholes are there the well off who can take advantage of them will and the rest of us will foot the bill!

But the introduction to socialist ideologies in the early 20th century shifted the mindset and changed our socioeconomic system from a free market and self-governance system to more and more dependency on the government. And immigration does play a big part because low wage labor drives down wages!

Insurance companies shoulder a significant share of payments for programs tied to Medicare and Medicaid, which contributes substantially to rising U.S. health‑care costs. It is not the only factor, but it represents an important part of the increase.
November 23, 2025 at 5:06 PM
Total national health spending climbed from roughly $74 billion in 1970 to about $4.9 trillion in 2023, and health spending is now roughly 17–18% of GDP in recent years.

Besides a few Pacific Island countries, the US is considered to be one of the highest for adult obesity prevalence! So, the majority of the population is not starving.
November 23, 2025 at 5:03 PM
Capitalism, a concept that emerged in the 18th century, effectively ceased to operate in its pure form by the early 20th century. Free markets and self‑government helped build the US into a global superpower in less than a century, outpacing various socioeconomic systems that were entrenched prior.
November 23, 2025 at 4:58 PM
The problem isn’t capitalism itself but the way politicians have warped it over time. What we now have is a blend of capitalism, corporatism, and socialism, compounded by open immigration policies that have helped create the conditions we face today.

Interesting point about funding: 59% of federal spending goes to social programs while just 12% funds the military. The government’s core duty is national security, not acting as a wealth‑redistribution agency.
November 23, 2025 at 4:29 PM
The middle and working class will shoulder the financial burden as long as elected officials leave the tax loopholes. The wealthy use teams of advisers to sidestep taxes, revenue falls short, and the middle and working classes are left to make up the difference for programs labeled “free.”
