Ah, so its not just me. I've managed to make a cursory effort to jump into a conversation a couple times, but found I couldn't keep up and then the sneaky shame spiral happened. I'm so much more comfortable in smaller groups even online. :X

That would be a dream honestly. Having a library of templates/assets/forms that department heads could use in part or whole that were tonally appropriate would save so much time/stress.

This would be insanely cool! I love shopping lil galleries/markets, and I'm always stoked when I find things that are handmade. Don't get me wrong, I love merch and artist-designed as well but handmade is my jam.

Oof. Honestly, soft skills are an aspect of convention work that I think needs to be talked about more. Email title needs only to reference the convention, and the fact its a dealer's application; then just 'thank you for appying, your application has been: approved/waitlisted' whatever.
