i too always had this suspicion cause my Moon is within few seconds of UBP and i do resonate with a lot of PBP themes and imagery as well but then i read Dercio Lichucha's distinction between PBP and UBP being UBP not avoiding punishment and all was solved. i hand myself entirely when im at fault

that's just pettiness and lack of far sightedness (in short, immaturity). you respond to things as they make you feel cause you don't know better. i think Venus in most cases is more likely to save face. Moon may act in accordance to the feeling. Cancers are very petty once you get them there
