Had a great time sharing the stage with my Masters student Francesca Kurghan for a keynote at the Fuel Auckland conference. What a cool opportunity to amplify the research of the next generation of scholars, and share our findings with the NZ fitness community!

Amazing 24hr hui with the research team in Tāmaki Makaurau. Lots of deep thinking, reflecting & reconnecting on a three year research project coming to an end, as well as some fun exploring alternative ways to disseminate our findings!
