I wouldn't doubt it. But the Dems have to run a male candidate for prez because, right now, it is more important to have a D in the WH than a woman.

Oh, I so agree and sadly fear I won't see it in my lifetime. The patriarchy runs deep in the USA. We elected a Black man (shocking!) over a woman. There was no rational choice to choose the current POTUS over Kamala. And yet, here we are. Totally fucked (again).

tRump remembers, from somewhere far in the reaches of his privileged and demented mind, that once upon a time, people wrote checks at the grocery store. Lots of places, actually. And yes, you would have to show ID to prove you were the person whose money you were using. He's still living in the 80s.

OMG! Thinking this yesterday when I heard Mamdani referred to as the Democratic Socialist candidate. Yes, he's a Democratic Socialist, and isn't he running as a Democrat??
