3 years into my initial mental breakthrough and learning how to process my emotions from scratch I’m finally I think beginning to get to give myself the option to live my life in relative peace.

I think my problem is... if I was never abused I would naturally be extroverted. BUT I was in abusive conditions for so long that I don't have the capacity of a true extrovert. Hard for ppl to know what to expect from me when I can't really guage my capacity for ppling.
