Musician/composer from New Orleans with a traditional Jazz vocal trio, The Pfister Sisters. Mom/Mimi to 5 girls. Still in recovery from the election. I will never go back. I'm the one on the left.
First time to dip her toes in the Pacific Ocean! A must do on one's first trip to California. I highly recommend traveling with your granddaughter.

In a restaurant here. Back of house Staff given the next two months off for their safety. Restaurants only serving to go. Construction crews too.

We NEVER forget that they did the toughest jobs to help us recover from Katrina, many staying to share our culture. Good night From New Orleans.

When our season of good weather comes, October thru June, it's Sunday Secondline Season! Social and Pleasure Clubs parade, beautifully costumed, dancing to the beat of brass bands. If you see one, feel free to jump in at the end as they pass. That's what it's all about. Good night from New Orleans.

"Fats was first. Everybody bought his music. He played integrated clubs. On tour, there were as many whites in the audience as there was blacks. Then Bo Diddley came along, then Chuck Berry, then Little Richard, and that was it. That was the beginning of rock and roll."
Good night from New Orleans.

It's Day of the Dead today, the time to remember those who have already left this world . House floats appeared for the first time during COVID. No parades could be held, so people decorated their houses float style. It created a new tradition.
