i started it back in late September and I feel like it's the same thing entering and leaving:

Entering my session: "Idk if this will really be helpful, maybe we should just cancel these sessions"
Leaving my session: "Wow, that was actually really...good! Feel much more reassured"

Probably a more nuanced take out there, but essentially it's poor pitching form where batter can tell what pitch is coming based on how the pitcher is holding the ball before the pitch, or how they setup in their stretch/windup.

Basically, it's unintentionally signaling to the batter what's coming
