He’s in the 8U group, but just turned 5 so he’s really just hanging out and on the ice, kind of doing the drills, getting exposed to everything.

I worked there during highschool, 02-05, and the baguettes straight from the oven are why I love bread now. The fresh baked croutons in the morning were heaven. The bakers coming in at 7pm, baking overnight so all the pastries/bread was fresh was awesome.

Pulled pork - B (too sweet for me but I get what they’re doing)
Mac&Cheese - B+
Okra - A+

“Run it a few times in advance” applies to all aspects of the meal, not just “new things”. Everything you cook, yes even the turkey, better get at least couple test cooks throughout the year.

We always make a couple leftover pot/shepherds pies using everything from Thanksgiving and throwing one of those in the oven in January/february is always an A+ dinner.
