Missing all the diplomatic part guarantees that this "business peace" won't last. Maybe that is actually what Putin wants? To have a nice and warm war button ready, if internal problems start to increase.

Polish PM Donald Tusk confirmed in parliament that two Ukrainian nationals, long linked to Russian intelligence, carried out the recent railway sabotage. One was previously convicted for sabotage in Lviv, the other is from Donbas. Both were living in Belarus and entered Poland this fall.
