Am Freitag öffnete das HLRS seine Türen für den bundesweiten Tag der offenen Rechenzentren. Besucher:innen konnten entdecken, wie Supercomputer wie Hunter am HLRS funktionieren und wie die CAVE Forschung immersiv erlebbar macht.

HLRS signed an MoU with Seijo University (Japan) to advance research in the digital humanities using high-performance computing.

Today HLRS welcomed Antonio Neri, President and CEO of Hewlett Packard Enterprise, manufacturer of our Hunter #supercomputer. Conversation focused on how Hunter supports our user community in #HPC and #AI, and on Herder, a next-generation supercomputer which HPE will deliver to HLRS in 2027.
