when i was upset on friday i emailed my therapist a long note i had written in my notes app so we could analyze together and today before therapy i was so scared that she’d think i was a mean person, but she told me 3+ times that she was so impressed with my thoughtfulness in that note

I’m going to go ahead and say the “severance” metaphor is very powerful for celebrities. Once you have a public persona, you can never really go back. And everyone has the right to a private life, which the public can’t (and imo shouldn’t) know.
