Maniac might be a gentle euphemism for what he is. There is a story out there where a captured Russian fighter was interviewed and he says that even when the Soviet Union fell after Afghanistan there was still a sense of normalcy in the people. Now, buildings are blowing up far away from the front.

It wasn’t a ruling. It was an opinion. SCOTUS cannot rule on anything within a States sole authority. Like how and when they vote or who’s on any particular State’s ballot, or how they vote. A lot of people think a SCOTUS opinion is a ruling. It’s not. A State’s Supreme Court is the final authority.

Being a communist ruler or leader is not the same thing as being a lawless dictator unbound by domestic or international law. A very important distinction. And overthrowing doesn’t automatically scream ‘left by election peacefully’, now does it? 1/3

Not if Russia isn’t stopped it won’t. This doesn’t end with Ukraine. Putin has vowed to restore the Soviet to its former glory. That includes reestablishing the Berlin Wall and having the expanded territory the Soviet Union controlled at the end of WWII.

Until you guys understand that our democracy has already ended, that the rule of law is no longer intact and that dictators and authoritarian regimes do not leave power through elections. I mean that’s not a thing. They know what’s waiting for them if they do. 1/2

It’s been over a year and you guys still have not come to grips with that yet. Jessica has been on this go after Trump with the law for longer than that and to no avail. But Ą14§3 can still be used against everyone else in elected office it applies to. Just like Couy Griffin.

How could she pursue Ą14§3 when SCOTUS already said that Ą14§3 didn’t apply to the office of the President. Look all that stuff, any legal recourse, would still require an intact rule of law. The rule of law had already been ended by SCOTUS in August of 2024 along with our democracy. 1/2

But it wouldn’t have mattered if everyone turned out to vote or if no one did. Trump was going to be installed as President. There really wasn’t anything Kamala could have done about that without people saying that Kamala tried to do the same thing that Trump did in the 2020 election. 4/4

Though I would have liked to have seen him resign and have Kamala take all the new presidential powers out for a spin first and officially be sworn in as the 47th President. 3/4

No she didn’t. The Biden campaign knew by August that the fix was in on the 2024 election. SCOTUS ensured that when they opined on the Colorado case that someone indicted and found guilty of insurrection against the United States could still hold the office of President. 1/4

By new I mean since 2016. Just the pandemic alone and losing 500,000 is grounds to call for a new census. Those people were counted in the 2000 census and they’re not here today. Same with all the legal immigrants tgat have since self deported and the number of Americans that have become expats 4/4
