She travels the lands of Vartel with her best friend Nasira Orzel, a giant from the same realm, seeking an exciting life of adventure.

Taproots are the seeds of the Elder tree, ensouled by ancient magic, and serve as a silent companion to their bearers. They require nourishment from natural light and can mend damage to the armor they are embedded in, the weapons that their wearer wields, even bear fruit to aid their wearer.

The Hedgeborn's covenant are defenders of nature and come in many different forms, but the Elves of the Elderwood and beyond who follow the nature Lord's ways wear Oakencraft armor. Recovered deadwood is given shape by Woodsmiths and imbued with a Taproot.

Looks like Nora is ready to go. But she's looking at you expectantly.

An old map of the Elderwood I created two years ago. I still really like the layout but in hindsight I don't think it added anything to name every single village and hamlet.

The names are kind of rough in some places but it's fine. I can always change things later.
