I’m so frustrated and heartbroken on behalf of the over 600 Vancouver residents who took the time to give their heartfelt opposition to this budget and they were ignored. So wrong.

Sorry, I see now that it was not worded very well and it was supposed to mean that BC and First Nations would have to agree for it to go ahead.

Collaboration when possible. Scrutiny when necessary. The stakes demand both. Elizabeth May makes clear that any move toward tankers on B.C.’s north coast would violate the commitments the Prime Minister made in the House this week—and we intend to hold him to them.
