I think they try their best, but it’s not a trivial business… I can actually understand arguments for both sides, but OR integration has so signifincantly progressed, I don’t think there will be a going back … would still like OR to fix some more issues thought… 🫠

Ok, there is no real solution … I think we just have to weather the hype and hope that at some point all people who just want to make money go back to finance, crypto, I-don’t-care-what … as soon as people realize that there are no jobs anymore, many will move on…

and I hasten to add that these are the same students unwittingly handing over their best, most precious shot at education and the chance for a deep immersion in thinking to faulty machines that cannot (and should not!) think for them.
