I genuinely don't understand her. How on earth doesn't bankrupting a rape victim restore a person's reputation?

I don't care what any of them spend, or why. There's a cost of living crisis. People are unhoused and can't afford food or medicine. Pollies need to read the room and stop spending taxpayer money on fun and games.

It's the nature of her spending rather than the amount that is the issue.

It is tedious. It's tedious that you continue to trot out poor excuses for indefensible behaviour. She shouldn't spend taxpayers' money on unnecessary travel. End of story. And a truck load of it clearly isn't necessary.

She seems to pay for her husband to join her at the sport quite a bit. The kids not so much 🤔

You're aware that she doesn't spend her entire life in Canberra, right? She spends a lot of time in Brisvegas, where her family and coincidentally her constituents are.

As a woman, it's a shit look for her to spend taxpayers' money on unnecessary travel when her constituents are living hand to mouth. They may all be doing it, but she's a rising star therefore there's greater scrutiny on her. I'm bitterly disappointed, I thought she was better and smarter.

There are lots of ways of organising to spend time with your family that don't involve flying them around at taxpayers' expense. An example would be all the time she spends with her family when she's not flying them around. You're defending the indefensible. It's an awful look and it will hound her.

I'd be happy with any politician saying, you know what, at a time when people in my seat are really struggling, I'm not going to spend their money on expensive travel for my family because it's just not the right thing to do. We'll find other ways to enjoy our time together.

I wish I could offer her my home. I'm in Australia though, and have a dog and a cat. But I'm sending her love.
