I made one of my first real sewing projects yesterday - a case for my e-reader!

My granny (who bought me my first sewing machine) knit me a bright pink sweater with a daisy button on the collar. She and I shared in our love for reading. This fabric and button was too perfect to pass up!

I feel so much better and more capable. I'd been struggling to sleep, to deal with my anxiety and adhd and even to do "simple" things like go on walks.

So my journey this year has never been about weight - but it has been about feeling healthier and stronger and I'm feeling really proud of where I'm at.

10 months into finally getting myself feeling better and loving every minute!
