keeping up with conversations has always been difficult (retaining info is also hard) but i get much more frustrated with myself for not remembering/retaining things

like, i can feel a fog spread through my head the instant i start to process new info. the more important it is, the more difficult it becomes

and this is different but i also have a hard time processing information in general now

there are so many parts of social etiquette that i can't seem to grasp automatically no matter how hard i try and it makes me want to cry
