Starter pack is a link to get started on bsky, compiling posts of the member, and ability to follow all the members and feeds on bulk instantly.

Unfortunately it limited to 200ish ppl iirc. You can check your profile in Starter Pack tab to manage it, made more, or discover others in peoples profile

A bit hard as you need to host it and stuff. (There's free one, but I think they were closing down)

But, usually the existing feeds are good enough, and if the interests or fandom were big, it tends to be available anyway

People circumstances are different, yes. But I'm also talking in a professional-manner, that this cycle keep repeating is not good in many aspects and trying to offer another way down the line.

Just keep creating and have fun

- This is why, I'm more advocating to just made a complete separate portfolio web instead. Back to my point that, platform doesn't matter, as internet are naturally sporadic. I'm trying to explain this will be more reliable in the long run, than just... moving back and forth between platforms.

- I'm using many perspectives here, and both for consumers and platform provider, moving back and forth is genuinely bad. Your followers might not want to move. Then for example, how do I explain, as a bsky employee, that our platform are having user base according to Twitter company move?

and that's the problem. it's all numbers game to them. I do love this platform, met great people too, unless you just ignores all the number bullshit.

I don't see this'll stick very long tbqh. I use Twitter too and even the AI thing become numbing over the time and I knew people gonna do just that
December 25, 2025 at 4:24 AM
or idk, stop chasing numbers. social media is for... socializing. maybe that can leads to a healthier path. But who am I to say~

just hold on to your own words for once.

You don't like Twitter AI move? then avoid. Bsky's algo isn't as good with predatory moderation (citation needed)? then just pick your poison. or meta's platform is there (instagram, facebook, etc).

There was NEVER a perfect platform. Deal with it

set your portfolio somewhere, neocities, wordpress, blogspot, idc. where you are the ones in control.

then just keep using as many social media as you want, fits your persona to each of those different platforms, while also advocating your own site that you had
December 25, 2025 at 4:09 AM
again, I'm just tired users in both platform just playing this cycle over and over. when the reality, internet themselves are naturally sporadic and you can just be anywhere all at once.
December 25, 2025 at 4:09 AM
I seen lots of artist doing this, then blaming on the platform, its moderation, and so forth but themselves. When the real problem is just them not made up their mind and be consistent for once.

Platform doesn't matter if all you banking on are just the algorithm to pick you on once in a blue moon
