I follow the competing strategy of adding almost every page I visit to a folder in my favorites that I never open.

I put CtF/challenge coin stuff under a “rewards and recognition” section. Definitely not something that belongs in “employment exp”.

I think *Con volunteering (goon,village,other) shows community participation and “soft skill” development, but that goes in its own section also.
