Just took my daughter to the mall to spend some holiday gift cards. It was PACKED! From the parking lot to the food court and everywhere in between. Tons of teens, families, grandparents. Eye opening.

Interesting description of the latest DLC for the game Helldivers 2. The (incredibly awesome) game heavily riffed on the Paul Verhoeven film "Starship Troopers" and now takes inspiration from John Carpenter's "They Live" - both films were not so subtle jabs at "conservative" political movements.

If you're following me, you know I'm an advertising geek known for innovative ad formats. I'm sure you're all fans of my work. IRL I'm all about that bass, no treble, and outdated cultural references that cause my Gen Z kids to call me cringe. Also, Oxford commas, and run-on non- sequitur sentences.
