Exactly. She's got to be lonely and lost and that's a big part of it. She probably thinks being a part of a couple is the way to fix that, especially since it doesn't sound like she'll have much family stuff outside of what she has coming up with Martha. Sigh.

I hope I'm wrong, but with the way things are going with Brady mad at her, Rachel in Bayview, Tate with Holly, Johnny and Chanel and the baby will probably be with the DiMeras. It just seems likely that they'll isolate her more and leave her off screen.

I expect them to send her off screen alone for Christmas and she'll pop back up for New Year's to marry Leo.

The new writers took full credit for John’s funeral, but used Ron’s outlines for everything else. Makes total sense.

I’ve gotten the same thing. And finally had enough and posted them publicly here. It’s truly unhinged behavior to go to the lengths of harassing people over fictional characters.

They’ve been bothering me here and on Instagram for a few months. Always different usernames. Always so triggered by anyone who has anything to say about Sarah and Brady. They’re part of a small group on Reddit too. Insanity.

Definitely. And the same is true for Drake and John. He had a lot of faults, especially near the end, but I think he always had a really good handle on them as individual characters, as well as their history and relationship as a couple. I’d like to think that he would do much better than this.

It sounds like she's hoping for someone new if she's talking about casting. There's no way this ends well for her. And it certainly would drive away whatever fans are left at that point. If we even last that long.

I'm sure she's probably very lonely, which I'm sure is playing into a lot of it, but this isn't the way to go with it. It would totally ruin the beautiful history and legacy that she and Drake/John have on the show. And that will never be repaired if that happened.

Agreed. Lightening won't strike twice like it did with her and Drake. And John being the love of Marlena's life and not being with anyone else after a love like that is okay.
