She was an entire bitch. I even hinted at a mass exit as soon as I announce it to my colleagues. It didn’t even take 3 months for 7 out of 8 others to leave and nearly everyone that reported to me left too. Getting the last laugh made me so happy

That’s how I was when I left my last job. I even got to tell my boss to go fly a kite (derogatory😂) which was nice. My mom always said the best time to look for a job is when you already have one

There’s little if any reward for sticking around anymore at a lot of jobs. My last job was a track working toward my “dream job” at the time. I yeeted that job into the trash 5 years in because it just sucked
